A small privacy note.

InboxSignal is an early-stage concept for recurring inbox placement checks. This website collects interest in a future pilot; it does not connect to or read your inbox.

What you share

If you join the pilot list, we save your email address, team type, current testing frequency, optional description of your challenge, and the date you agreed to pilot contact. We also save campaign labels from the link you used, if present. Please don’t include passwords, customer lists, or sensitive information in your answer.

Why we collect it

The project owner uses these details to understand the problem, evaluate demand, and contact you about research or participation in the InboxSignal pilot. Signup is not a purchase. Your consent covers pilot contact, not unrelated marketing. We do not sell your details.

Simple measurement

We count page views, pilot-button clicks, and sample-report opens in aggregate, optionally grouped by team type and campaign labels. These first-party aggregate counts do not use cookies or a visitor identifier, and include repeat visits. To limit automated submissions, we briefly store a daily-changing hash derived from your network address with a minute counter. The application does not store your raw IP address; expired counters are removed on subsequent requests.

Optional Google Analytics

If you choose “Accept analytics,” we load Google Analytics to measure visits, traffic sources, interactions with the pilot and sample report, and newly saved pilot signups. Google receives a pseudonymous browser identifier, device and browser information, network information, public page names, approved campaign labels, and limited choices such as agency or in-house team and testing frequency. We do not send your email, written answers, signup ID, or other form contents to Google.

Analytics cookies are restricted to inboxcheck.anrotex.com and expire after 180 days. Your analytics choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. Advertising features are disabled. We do not load Google Analytics before you accept, and we respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals. Declining does not affect the signup form.

You can withdraw permission through “Analytics settings” at the bottom of any public page. This stops further analytics collection and removes this site’s analytics cookies; it does not erase information already sent to Google. See Google’s privacy policy for how Google processes data. Analytics covers consenting, unblocked visitors and may not match the complete signup totals in our private dashboard.

Storage and control

Submissions are stored in the site’s Cloudflare D1 database hosted through Sites. The project owner can view, export, or delete submissions through an authenticated owner dashboard. Hosting and sign-in providers may process technical request information needed to operate and secure the service.

We also forward your signup details to sales@anrotex.com using Resend so the project owner can respond. Resend processes these details to deliver the notification and maintain service logs. Email copies remain in the owner’s mailbox until removed.

We keep pilot details while evaluating and running the pilot, or until you withdraw. Contact sales@anrotex.com to request deletion or stop further contact. Deleting a signup from the site database does not delete email, exported, or provider copies; the owner must handle those copies separately when fulfilling your request.
